Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric - 50% (St. Lawrence Addiction Treatment Center)

o Review referral agency reports, document medical history and perform psychiatric evaluations and documentation; provide infirmary-type care (e.g., examine patient, order, and/or render treatment as necessary and follow-up as necessary) o Provide mental health education and risk reduction counseling, on an individual and group basis o Provide 24-hour, across-shift communication and care consistent with licensing standards and NYS regulations. As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, participate in and serve as health adviser at Treatment Team meetings, as well as assist in patient care and facility operations o Participate in activities intended to improve patient care and facility operations. o Other related duties as assigned. The ATC uses a computerized patient record system. The St. Lawrence ATC is a Tobacco-Free facility.

Salary Range:
From $41472 to $48724 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must possess a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse and certification by the New York State Education Department in medicine to practice as Nurse Practitioner. Candidates must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs. Failure to maintain licensure, certification and/or Medicaid/Medicare eligibility will result in the termination of employment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
